    Kent Swap operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kent Swap. This Delivery Policy outlines how items are delivered between buyers and sellers on our platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

    Kent Swap facilitates deliveries within the University of Kent campus. Sellers are responsible for delivering items directly to buyers through in-person meetups or by using the designated drop-off locations. Deliveries beyond the university campus are not supported.

    Delivery times vary based on seller availability and buyer preferences. Buyers and sellers must mutually agree on a suitable delivery time. However, sellers should aim to complete deliveries within three days of purchase.

    Sellers must ensure that items are delivered in the condition described in the listing and verified by the quality control inspection team. Buyers must inspect the item upon receipt and confirm acceptance via QR scanning. Once an item has been delivered and confirmed by the buyer, Kent Swap is no longer responsible for any issues related to the transaction.

    If a seller is unable to complete the delivery on time, they must communicate with the buyer to arrange a new delivery time. If the seller repeatedly fails to deliver an item within three to seven days, Kent Swap reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension.

    Kent Swap is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered and confirmed by the buyer. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to use the designated drop-off locations for added security.

    If a dispute arises regarding delivery, buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve it directly. If no resolution is reached, the issue can be escalated to Kent Swap's support team for review.

    We reserve the right to modify this delivery policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
