Kent Swap operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kent Swap. We strive to ensure a satisfactory experience for both buyers and sellers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
Refunds are available under specific conditions. A buyer may request a refund if the item received is significantly different from its description or is defective. Additionally, if a seller fails to deliver the item within the agreed-upon timeframe or if the transaction was made in error due to a system malfunction, a refund may be requested. Buyers must submit refund requests within three (3) days of receiving the item.
To initiate a refund request, buyers must submit a refund request form through the platform, including order details and evidence of the issue, such as photos or messages. Upon receipt of a request, the platform notifies the seller and provides them with an opportunity to resolve the issue before issuing a refund. If no resolution is reached, the case will be escalated to Kent Swap's support team for review.
Approved refunds will be processed within three to seven business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Certain items are not eligible for refunds. Perishable or hygiene-related items, as well as items used, damaged by the buyer,
or altered after delivery, are not eligible for refunds.
In cases where a buyer and seller cannot agree on a refund, Kent Swap's admin team will intervene to mediate the dispute. We will base our final refund decisions on the provided evidence and platform policies. If necessary, unresolved disputes may be escalated to the site manager for a final resolution.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform
signifies acceptance of the reviewed policy.
